Project WILD and Montegrappa depart Africa in search of cooler climes. Our newest collaboration with wildlife photographers and campaigners, Helle and Uri Løvevild Golman, ventures to the Arctic, where climactic extremes are as different as day and night. The WILD Nature Foundation founders’ devotion to theworld’s most remote locations highlights what we all stand to lose. Two-tone Montegrappite emulates the moods of the threatened region in dazzling shades of blue. Our proprietary artisanal resin offers efficiencies that reduce the waste of conventional acrylics.
The ‘Ghost of the Arctic’: the snowy owl’s wing feather is a staple of all Project WILD editions. A custom steel clip symbolises the fragility of nature – and Helle and Uri’s enduring efforts to preserve it. “What you love ⋅ You will protect.” Engraved into the cap top, Project WILD’s mantra and expedition patch offers direction – and a reminder that love is always the answer.
